We currently ship only within Saudi Arabia.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days depending on the city and courier service.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer’s location.

Free shipping is not available at the moment.

4. Order & Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation will be sent via email.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within one hour, please contact us.

5. Proof of Delivery

Customers are required to keep the delivery receipt or signed proof of delivery provided by the courier.

In some cases, repeated payment attempts may cause the transaction to appear multiple times on the cardholder’s statement. This is temporary and will be automatically adjusted by the bank.
